Program Guidelines

This Program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used:
* In conjunction with another dental plan
* For referrals to specialists
* For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind

It is NON-REFUNDABLE

No refunds on premiums will be issued at anytime if a participant decides not to utilize dental plan.
It is NON-TRANSFERABLE
This plan is only honored at MVP Dental
The patient’s portion of bill is due on the day of service.

Cherry is a point-of-sale financing company that offers payment plans for health services. This allows patients to pay for treatments in smaller, more manageable monthly installments over time. Cherry offers 0% APR options and doesn’t impact credit score.
